Malcolm Cohn started the lawfirm in 1948.
He opened his practice in his hometown, a town he loved. Malcolm believed in providing advice and guidance to his clients that was firmly rooted in the law as well as practicality. Meet the Team
Experience: Otis Cohn has practiced law in Cleveland, Texas for over 15 years. He has
experience in many areas of law including trust and estate law, family law, real estate transactions
and litigation, criminal law, consumer law and commercial law. He has successfully tried many
cases involving real property rights as well as estate issues and family law matters.

Mollie Cohn Lambert,
Mollie Cohn Lambert has been practicing law for over 15 years, spending the better part of her practice
in the litigation section of a large firm in Houston, Texas. She has experience representing clients in
many areas of litigation including complex commercial disputes, medical malpractice defense,
insurance coverage and insurance defense, the defense of products liability claims, trade secret
litigation, defamation suits, tortious interference claims, and construction litigation.
She began trying lawsuits early in her practice. Her first trials involved medical malpractice defense,
products liability cases and general insurance defense. Over the years, she expanded her trial
experience to include complex commercial litigation, defamation actions and trade secret litigation. Now she practices Trust & Estate Law, Business Banking law, ann Real Estate law.
